Service Description

‘Legals Only’ Ceremony. A very simple affair that couples can choose if they wish for a no-fuss ceremony. Package Includes: 1. A face to face meeting with us so we can attend to the lodgement of your Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM). Please note a NOIM must be lodged one calendar month prior to your ceremony. Should you wish to proceed, we would like you to complete the booking form on-line, sign the service agreement and pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your special date. 2. Legal wording by us (The Monitum) 3. Legal wording by you (Mandatory Vows) 4. Legal Paperwork – 2 witnesses required 5. Completion of all paperwork and lodgement with the relevant authorities on your behalf. We can do this anywhere – your place, my place, your favourite coffee shop / bar – wherever you like. We’ll also provide you with a pretty marriage certificate on the day! • Couples who reside interstate or overseas can complete the NOIM in their state or country of residence before an authorised person and forward the document to us. It is not essential that we meet face to face prior to the day of your ceremony.
