Service Description

Package One Obligation Free 1st meeting. Should you wish to proceed, we would like you to complete the booking form on-line, sign the service agreement and pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your special date. Package Includes: 1. Preparation and lodgement of all legal documentation including the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), Final Declaration of No Legal Impediment to Marriage, the Marriage Certificates and Marriage Register. 2. Access to all our resources (poems, verse, sample vows, ritual ideas and music suggestions) 3. A second meeting where we will discuss the first draft of your ceremony and complete any changes. 4. We can communicate again via email, skype or telephone to discuss any amendments. This is unlimited contact until you are sure you have the perfect ceremony. 5. Site visit and rehearsal at your ceremony location (We strongly recommend this). 6. Access to a professional quality PA system. 7. Our arrival of at least 30 minutes before your ceremony start time (to ensure PA is set up, tested and all is in place and ready to go) dressed appropriately for your wedding style / theme and always neatly presented. 8. Delivery of your ceremony to your most favourite people in the world, with over two decades of public speaking experience, so it's crisp and clear. 9. All travel costs associated with attending rehearsal & wedding ceremony (up to 60km) 10. Table & 2 chairs for signing of the marriage certificates and register (only if required).
